P&R Sept Womens Circle - Pay In Full

Over the course of the 3 sessions, I’ll lead the way and create a bespoke programme for each of our meetings, based entirely upon the needs of the group. I’ll select the most helpful tools and discussions for each session, as no two groups are the same.

This is exactly why the retreat is so powerful, the sessions are tailor-made for each unique group of women.

Step 1

You’ll be greeted with a delicious pastry on arrival, before sharing your needs and intentions for joining with the rest of the group.

Step 2

We’ll create a bespoke group plan for the sessions, catering for everyone’s needs and I’ll lead a guided group relaxation.

Step 3

During each gathering we will share, support, brainstorm, de-stress, relax and eat delicious, nutritious food.

​

Sessions will run from 9.30am - 2.30pm.
