About the event
Over the course of the day, each of the incredible women above, will share their knowledge and experience in a serious of engaging workshops.
You’ll leave the day feeling more connected to yourself, lighter, less alone in your own thoughts and feelings and equipped with a range of self-help and tangible tools to keep you moving forwards in your everyday lives.
There will also be stallholders available on the day, that will be in alignment with the values of the day.
The day will run from 9.30am – 4:00pm
